Its been a long Journey for the guild since the early days of raiding Ony, Molten Core and UBRS (Yes you used to have to raid it). We have had our ups and our lows and have had the pleasure of many peoples company in their time playing WOW. Some have gone on to greatness, some retired from the game, some lost their battle with life and some people who, if run over, struck by lightning. …well ill leave it at that.
We have also been privileged to be part of raid alliances with Protectorate and Wild Girls who together helped us all see so much of the early content in Warcraft . Thanks guys :)
To top off the anniversary celebrations we decided to hold a guild party with a great idea of running a guild quest run. A big thanks to Indigo who planned and built all the quests, the admins that helped out Snip, Stalwart, Vireni and also a huge thanks to two long time friends of the Guild, Spifza and Issca from Protectorate.
We started off with a quest in Stormwind, taking us to Goldshire and from there onto Spiffy holding the fort in Duskwood. Eventually quests led us all into Gnomeregan and from there to a slow fall instigated by Issca ( not for all though :p) off the high lifts in the Barrens. We finally met up for a party, mammoth race and fireworks at the Shimmering Flats track in Thousand Needles.
Well we have been through the mill recently with a few ups and downs and instead of worrying about it.. we party.
LW decided to hold a guild wide party with some fun and games and general mayhem and some unintended screw ups (funny ones though :p).
So we started out on our journey from SW, with the guild trying to keep four level 1 chars up on the way to the meeting point. On the way we managed to go all over the place, I mean really all over the place. No one knew where we were going (half the fun).
We passed through Grom Gol to irritate those smelly horde lot and this is where things went a bit wrong.
On the way we stopped off to have a Mammoth time in Goldshire (Groan)
The achievements rolled in...
Whilst battling through the horde enclave (well not so much battling, more squishing) a group of guildies got it into their heads that it would be good to get a level 1 char the For the allianceachievement as it would be a "good thing".
So off they went on to Orgrimmar, where they preceded to make war with horde and gentle folk a like. The meanies. We finally got to our intended zone in Strangle Thorn and kicked off the party.
